Hello, Abraham. This looks intriguing and I think that it is heading in a very interesting and promising direction. Your intention to create the bond you described earlier between two different entities (if I can use this word) is certainly there!
I think that it would help us to know a little more about your proposed building program and functions. It would also help to have some initial idea regarding the scale of what you are designing as well as how this is going to be placed on the site and like Lia suggests. Am I correct to assume that the base of your model is shaped like site no.2 which is currently a parking lot?
