Based on the Analysis collected from our assigned site in Red Hook: I believe that the lack of Architectural and technological innovation and the sense of abandonment in the area is in need of an Educational Research Building will be a sustainable Structure that will inform and provide the people in the area with the right enthusiasm and Ideas that they will need to change the neighborhood into a better place. also this will bring people from all over the city like students architects, college professors, and even tourist and encourage them to become part of activities which will raise their awareness of carbon footprint to help reduce their consumption and promote sustainable solutions to their economic and environmental problems.
